All of our rooms (non smoking) face south and offer a delightful view of the Kleinkirchheim valley. The rooms were recently extended to include a spacious loggia-style balcony with a bank of windows which open wide to the view of the surrounding mountains Strohsack and Kolmnock.

All rooms are provided with shower, WC, telephone, sat TV, sitting corner, desk and have either a loggia or a terrace.

The rooms are available to you on your day of arrival from 13:00 noon. On your day of departure they must be cleared by 10:00 a.m.

Fees for cancellations and booking amendments

  • up to 30 days prior to arrival: no fee
  • up to 21 days prior to arrival: 25 % of the total booking pric
  • up to 14 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total booking price
  • up to 7 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking price

In the event of cancellations or subsequent amendments and no-shows, a fee equal to 90 % of the total booking price will be charged.

The General Terms and Conditions of Austrian Hoteliers shall apply to the booking.
