Michael Gruber, whose parents run Hotel Sonnenheim, is a chef with extensive international experience. After working for many years in various starred restaurants throughout Austria and around the world, he is now taking on the creative management of the hotel's restaurant (only during the winter for now).

Half-board is currently only an option during the winter (from December until April), with bed and breakfast being available throughout the rest of the year.
